Cancellation PolicyAll custom hats are final sale, as each piece is made specifically for the client and cannot be returned or exchanged. Private design consultations may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours result in a charge of half the consultation fee. If a custom hat is purchased after the consultation, the full consultation fee is applied toward the final price of the piece.
